ah999 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ah999 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through ah999.vip and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on the ah999 Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Access to and use of the ah999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Individuals under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using the ah999 Platform in any capacity.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and during all gaming sessions. ah999 does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to use the Platform.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed, that restricts your access to online gaming platforms.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ah999 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.

To access the ah999 Platform, you must create a personal account by completing the registration process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address.

You represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete;
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change;
• You are registering solely for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party;
• You have not previously had an ah999 account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

ah999 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) ah999 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ah999 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your ah999 account;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify ah999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform.

ah999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in accordance with this section.

ah999 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card (Philippine-issued debit cards only)

All deposits are credited to your ah999 account in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. ah999 reserves the right to modify deposit and withdrawal limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. ah999 targets a withdrawal processing time of fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya transactions, though actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ah999 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

ah999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met;

All games available on the ah999 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

ah999 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games, audited by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes. Live casino games are operated by licensed live dealer studios and are subject to the rules of the respective game variants.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ah999 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the relevant stake to the player's account. ah999's decision in such matters is final.

Bets placed and accepted by the system are final. ah999 does not accept responsibility for errors made by players in placing bets, including incorrect stake amounts or game selections.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ah999 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the ah999 Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to ah999 immediately;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming;
• Allowing minors (persons under 21 years of age) to access your account or the Platform.

ah999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

ah999 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and will take immediate action upon discovery that a minor has accessed the Platform, including account closure and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

All content on the ah999 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of ah999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ah999.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ah999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction or system error;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any reliance on information or content published on the Platform.

ah999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ah999 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

ah999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

You may close your ah999 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after termination of your account.

ah999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the ah999 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or platform operations that fall within the regulatory jurisdiction of PAGCOR, players may also file a complaint with PAGCOR through its official channels.
